| Resumo | O capital social e a gestão interligada dos recursos naturais comunitários podem influenciar de forma positiva o desenvolvimento local e sustentável. Essa pesquisa discute a influência do Capital Social na promoção do desenvolvimento local, nos assentamentos Projeto de Desenvolvimento Sustentável Bonal, localizado no município de Senador Guiomard (AC) e Projeto RECA-Reflorestamento Econômico Consorciado Adensado Ponta do Abunã (RO). Nisto, sua tese central constitui em analisar os atores sociais e suas dinâmicas de vida cotidianas, como esse elemento coopera em prol da qualidade de vida. Partiu-se do pressuposto que a importância do desenvolvimento local demanda das ações cooperativas do capital social. Teoricamente, utilizou-se conceitos que analisam dimensões e níveis, onde procurou-se identificar como esse ativo está sendo utilizado para o bem comum. Metodologicamente foi pautada na técnica de grupos focais: Diagrama de Venn, Mapeamentos e questionários semiestruturados, além de variáveis que identificam o estágio do capital social nas regiões de estudo. Os resultados apontam a necessidade de uma maior interatividade, flexibilidade e horizontalidade nos relacionamentos nas regiões, para atenuar os efeitos da estrutura espacial e identificação dos problemas reais vivenciados por atores sociais, sendo este traço marcante na categoria capital social estrutural, igualmente, outras dimensões do capital social mapeadas nos assentamentos, as consequências da integração organizacional são determinantes para ampliação dos níveis. Verificou-se a importância do envolvimento da comunidade nos processos efetivos de tomada de decisão em conjuntos para garantir uma condução harmônica na vida cotidiana, contribuindo para a ampliação do nível de capital social. Nas dimensões com maior interação entre comunidade/líder, foi possível identificar modelos estruturais funcionais: comercialização de produtos, plantio, e organização das residências sobrepondo-se a design estrutural de organização mais eficiente. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Abstract | This research discusses the influence of Social Capital in the promotion of local development, in the Bonal Sustainable Development Project, located in the municipality of Senador Guiomard (AC) and Project RECA-Consortium Economic Consorciado Adensado Ponta do Abunã (RO). In this, his central thesis is to analyze the social actors and their daily life dynamics, as this element cooperates for the quality of life. It was assumed that the importance of local development demands the cooperative actions of social capital. Theoretically, we used concepts that analyze dimensions and levels, where we tried to identify how this asset is being used for the common good. Methodologically, it was based on the technique of focus groups: Venn diagram, semi-structured mappings and questionnaires, as well as variables that identify the stage of social capital in the study regions. The results point to the need for greater interactivity, flexibility and horizontality in the relationships in the regions, to mitigate the effects of the spatial structure and to identify the real problems experienced by social actors. social capital mapped in the settlements, the consequences of organizational integration are decisive for increasing levels. The importance of community involvement in the effective decision-making processes in groups was verified to guarantee a harmonious conduction in daily life, contributing to the expansion of the level of social capital. In the dimensions with greater interaction between community / leader, it was possible to identify functional structural models overlapping the structural design of more efficient organization. It was found that the social capital and the interrelated management of community relations have a positive influence on local development. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
